108 squads.
One cup.
One pot.
$SCS is the main coin. Every squad in pump.fun's Squad Invitational has its own coin, paired to $SCS. Every creator fee $SCS earns is collected into one public prize wallet. When the cup ends on 9 November, the pot is paid in SOL to the holders of the three squads on pump.fun's podium: 60% / 30% / 10%.

100% of $SCS's creator fees. Snapshot of the podium coins' holders when pump.fun's board goes final, payout in SOL right after. Nothing is kept by the team from this pot.
Who lifts the cup?
The cup starts 26 Oct, 14:00 UTC. Until then pump.fun only publishes its 24h group PnL board, shown here as a preview (39 of 108 squads appear on it); the cup standings replace it the moment the board goes live.

Balances of the three podium coins when pump.fun marks the board final. Buying after the final whistle does not count.
Each eligible holder receives its place's share × (balance ÷ eligible supply). Transactions are listed here when sent.
Three steps, one pot.
The main coin, paired to SOL on pump.fun. Every trade pays a creator fee, and the creator of $SCS is the prize wallet itself. Nobody else can touch it.
Every squad in the Squad Invitational has a coin paired to $SCS. Buying a squad means buying $SCS first, so every position feeds the pot. Trade in and out as the standings move.
9 November, 14:00 UTC. pump.fun's final board names the top three squads. We snapshot the holders of those three coins and the pot is paid out in SOL, 60 / 30 / 10, pro rata, right after.
Written down before kick-off.
The podium is the top three of pump.fun's Squad Invitational board when pump.fun marks it final (cup ends 9 Nov, 14:00 UTC). pump.fun's strikes, hides and disqualifications apply: we never re-rank anything.
The pot is every creator fee $SCS has earned until the payout transaction, held in the public prize wallet. It is split 60 / 30 / 10 between the holders of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd squad's coin, pro rata to each holder's balance at the snapshot.
Snapshot = token balances of the three podium coins at the block closest to the final board. Holdings inside the bonding curve, the PumpSwap pool, the platform wallet and the dev wallet are excluded. If a podium coin has no eligible holder, its share rolls into the other places.
Squad coins are quoted in $SCS: selling a squad gives you $SCS, not SOL. pump.fun routes SOL → $SCS → squad in one swap when you buy from SOL. The creator fees of the squad coins (2%, paid in $SCS) are the platform's revenue and are not part of the pot.
Every squad registered for the cup gets a coin. Squads that appear on pump.fun's board after launch get theirs within hours (the keeper lists them here first); a squad that drops out keeps its coin but cannot reach the podium.
If pump.fun postpones or cancels the cup, the snapshot moves with it and the pot keeps growing; if the cup is cancelled outright, the podium is the last board pump.fun published. This is a fan-made market, not affiliated with pump.fun or any squad. Coins can go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.
